Best Water really is the "best water" - it tastes better than any other water I've tried, and we've been through a bunch! I believe it's bottled from a single natural spring, so it's always consistent too. We tried water from a certain "big box" store, but it was often flat tasting. I have NEVER had that problem with Alpine Clear - it's always great, every single bottle!

I have been a customer for a very long time and I think our delivery man is the greatest! He is always curteous and polite, and always friendly. He also goes out of his way to make sure everything is just right. Moving bottles, keeping things arranged nicely and everything.

Service is something that seems to be lacking these days - but not from Shane! His attention to detail and his commitment to service is AMAZING! I use him as in example in MY business of how to treat customers, how to approach people, and how to communicate. As the face of Alpine Clear Water he does his company a HUGE service - always smiling, always polite, and always ready to answer a question.

I have to admit that I left Best Water when a salesman from another company came in and offered a lower price. Of course it was only lower for a few months, then it went up...then the cooler rental fee went up, then they increased the minimum number of bottles! Obviously I cancelled that service and immediately called Best Water to get back with them. No funny business, just great water and great service! I'll be refining you to EVERYONE.
