Customer Delivery Policies
- Please put caps on empties for pickup to keep debris from entering the bottle.
- If water is not needed on your delivery day, call our office at least two days prior to your delivery schedule. If you do not call, water will be left.
- We do leave water when bottles are not out unless the customer has called and specified otherwise
- Once water is delivered it can not be picked up due to Health Department regulations. Only credit will be given for the bottle deposit amount.
- Bottles tat are dirty or that had other liquid in them except our spring water, will not be picked up
- BOTTLES THAT HAVE FROZEN DUE TO THE WEATHER are the responsibility of the customer. Cracked or damaged bottles from freeze are not acceptable and are not acceptable for deposit credit.
- WE RECOMMEND YOU CLEAN YOU COOLER EVERY 6 MONTHS
- Payment terms net 10 days from the date of delivery notice. No deliveries will be made to any customer who is over 30 days past due
- There is a $25.00 returned check fee.
- Remember! The route salesman will always replace the number of empties, or leave at least 2 bottles, unless the customer leaves a note to specify otherwise.
IMPORTANT: All customers must use at least 1 bottle of spring water every month for each cooler they have.
